About this award
Cambrian College in Sudbury automatically gives new full-time students in four of its degree programs a $1,000 scholarship in first semester, with no application needed. Students who keep a 75% average in first semester can receive another $1,000 in second semester. Eligible programs have been Applied Computing, Business Administration, Honours Business Administration and Honours Applied Psychology, and the offer can change each year.
Who can apply
- New full-time student in semester 1 of one of these degree programs: Bachelor of Applied Computing, Bachelor of Business Administration, Honours Bachelor of Applied Psychology, Honours Bachelor of Business Administration
- First $1,000 is automatic for eligible new students
- Second $1,000 requires a 75% term average in semester 1 and continuing full time in semester 2
- For the Honours Bachelor of Applied Psychology, the Fall 2026 rules document says Canadian citizens, permanent residents, refugees and international students are eligible. Rules for the other three programs were not found.
