About this award

The University of Guelph automatically gives an entrance scholarship to Canadian citizens and permanent residents entering university for the first time with an admission average of 90% or higher. It is $1,000 for 90.0% to 94.9% and $2,000 for 95% and up. No application is needed; the offer comes with the admission offer and students are reconsidered in May and August. It covers first year only and requires full-time study in both terms.
